Subscription Policy

FLORALYZ offers an optional "Subscribe & Save" program on eligible products. By choosing a subscription at checkout, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing and discount
Subscription orders receive 10% off the regular product price at the time of each renewal. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and on each renewal order.

Delivery frequency and billing
You choose a delivery frequency of every 1 month or every 2 months. Your first order is charged at checkout. Each renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method on your scheduled billing date, and the order ships after it is processed.

Managing your subscription
You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, update your payment method, or cancel at any time by signing in to your account at floralyz.com. You can also contact us at support@floralyz.com. Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to apply to that order.

Cancellation
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

Price changes
If the price of a subscribed product changes, we will notify you by email before your next renewal is charged.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
